After careful consideration, in an effort to give the youth players the best clinic experience, we have decided to reschedule the event to a date that is available to all interested players.

Boston Women's Rugby Club with Babson Women's Rugby is welcoming all interested high school rugby players for a full day 7s rugby clinic and tournament style games. Experience a full day of skills and focused coaching from Boston Women's players/alumni/coaches, local high school, and college coaches. Grow your skills, your understanding of the game, and your connections to this rugby world and HAVE FUN doing it! 

  • 2 Clinic/Skill Sessions 3 hours each of strategy and decision-making

  • Small Group Sessions with opportunity for 1:1 Coaching

  • Tournament Style Games - included with both sessions

  • No 7s experience necessary, new and veteran players welcome

After that date pricing increases to $120*

How to Register an Athlete:

There will be a limited number of T-shirts available day-of!

Only preorders (by June 10th) will ensure that players get the t-shirt they want. T-shirts sizes are adult unisex.


Clinic Details

Safety is our priority! Certified Athletic Trainers will be present all day.
Certified Referees will be present for the tournament.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Water, Gatorade and light snacks will be provided, players should plan to bring their own lunch. Indoor bathrooms will be available; access to indoor classroom/training space will be provided in the event of inclement weather. We welcome all levels of playing experience.

SCHEDULE

  • 9:00 AM - Check in begins

  • 9:30 AM - Full group warmup

  • 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Clinic/skills Session 1

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - Lunch (Water, Gatorade and light snacks will be provided, players should plan to bring their own lunch)

  • 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Clinic/skills Session 2

  • 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM - Tournament Style Games**

  • 6:00 PM - End of day!

*If the cost of registration is a significant concern for any player, players should reach out directly to the event coordinators to discuss options for assistance that are available.

**To ensure the utmost safety for all tournament participants, your athlete may play in a touch game of the Tournament pending their level of experience with tackling. This will be to the discretion of our coaches, and certified referees.
